We offer 100% customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or a full refund. Products must be received within 30 days from the date your order has been delivered.
- Please send us an email at custservice[at]ecopartytime.com or use our contact form to receive a return merchandise authorization number and our physical address.
- We will not accept any returns without prior authorization from us.
- Items must be unused, unopened, unworn and should be returned in their original packaging.
- If the packaging has been opened we cannot resell that item and therefore 30% restocking fees will be charged.
- We do not accept any returns on personalized, seed products, custom or edible items. Also, we cannot accept returns on seasonal items like Halloween or Christmas decorations. But we do offer exchange within 7 days on seasonal items.
- We do not accept returns on clearance items that are marked 40%off or more.
- Please do not send any packages at our PO box address. You have to contact us for our physical address. In some cases, item must be returned directly to the manufacturer so we will need to provide you with this information.
- We cannot refund your shipping charges. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our or manufacturer's location.
- Your return must be sent via a traceable shipping method. If you do not send your return via a traceable shipping method and we do not receive the item, we will not be able to process your return.
- Once we receive an item, we will inspect the package contents and then issue the refund.

Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment. If you received free shipping on the original sale, and the item is returned, you will receive a refund with the actual shipping costs taken out.
