I felt a whole lot better about cleaning up after this party of 100 people, knowing the plates and flatware were all compostable. The plates don't hold up to knife-cuts as well as waxed, sealed - and non-compostable - expensive paper plates, but sufficed for everything else. I felt good and guests were impressed with everything I got from EcoPartyTime and many friends got the web address for future reference. Ahhh...California! You gotta love it!
